Warranty and Support

We provide a warranty on equipment for 12 months or 1000 engine hours, whichever comes first. All products undergo quality checks and are accompanied by warranty service in accordance with technical specifications. You can be sure — in case of malfunction, we will quickly resolve the issue through our service center or mobile service.We support the client at all stages — from equipment selection to its operation. ADD service engineers travel to sites across Kazakhstan. We help with startup, configuration, repair, and consultation — both during the warranty period and after it.
