The ADD225R three-phase diesel power plant rated at 160 kW (200 kVA) is a flagship solution for powering large industrial sites, mining enterprises and residential complexes. The unit is designed to operate in the harshest conditions, ensuring maximum grid reliability and stability. The power unit, built on the liquid-cooled in-line Ricardo R6110ZLDS engine (L.6), has an impressive safety margin and can withstand significant overloads. The modern SmartGen 6120 controller fully automates operation, monitoring all critical parameters and providing instant protection of the engine and alternator. The canopy version is equipped with a 309-liter fuel tank. At 70% load, consumption is 32.2 L/h, ensuring a long operating cycle without refueling. The ADD Power (KHP) alternator with an automatic voltage regulator (AVR) delivers stable current characteristics, which are critical for complex industrial equipment and automation systems.
